This shows us that interest in the property market certainly is not waning. Prices too are predicted to rise again throughout 2016 with a spokesperson for the Royal Institute Of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) forecasting an average 6% rise factoring in an interest rate rise of 0.25%, which is widely expected.
